Target Audience: All physicians and healthcare professionals having an interest in the topic.
Objectives:
  • To identify sight threatening ocular injuries.
  • To provide initial stabilizing care and workup for serious ocular injuries.
  • To understand the latest diagnostic techniques and most up to date treatment for common otologic problems such as otitis media and otitis externa.
  • Evaluate other pathology such as throat and dental problems which can cause referred ear pain.
  • Understand indications for and timing of specialty referrals.
