Target Audience:	Family Practice,General Surgery,Medical Oncology,Radiation Oncology,Radiology,Urology, and all physicians and healthcare professionals having an interest in the topic.
Objectives:	To establish the evidence based individualized plan of care in multidisciplinary fashion for newly diagnosed or relapsed prostate cancer patients. To educate physicians of the latest conference and medical journal findings in regards to clinical care of prostate cancer patients within the disciplines of urology, radiation oncology, medical oncology, radiology and pathology. To discuss eligibility, feasibility, and efficacy in enrolling patients in appropriate, and open institutional research trials. To provide a comprehensive overview regarding outside cases presented for analysis of efficacy of treatment implemented, and recommendation of farther follow up or interventions.
