Target Audience:	Medical Directors of NMG and Practice Managers
Objectives:	To describe the vision of Novant Health for 2010 and to discuss the role of NMG in achieving that vision. To discuss leader competencies of communication, teamwork and decision making across various personality types. To evaluate individual style in managing change and to describe the framework for that change. To apply a model for conflict resolution/management in giving practice situations. To identify opportunities to strengthen the service culture within the individual practice setting.
