BYLAWS COMMITTEE
COMPOSITION: The Bylaws Committee shall be composed of the President of the Medical-Dental Staff, Past President, Second Vice President, First Vice President, Vice President of Medical Affairs, and two members of the Medical-Dental Staff At-Large, appointed by the President for a one year term.
DUTIES: Review proposed changes to the Bylaws after they are presented to the Medical-Dental Staff. Report to the Medical-Dental Staff their recommendations concerning proposed changes. Periodic review of the Bylaws and make recommendations for changes to the staff.
