Orientation for New Practitioners
Orientation Program Applicants for medical staff privileges must attend the required formal half day orientation. Orientation is held monthly and each attendee is invited to attend only after the Credentials Committee has recommended approval of the applicant. The program is held monthly from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon. For the date of the next orientation, contact Brenda Schwab (336) 718-5963. Attendees must report to the Medical Staff Services Conference Room which is located on the near the employee enterance, basement floor of the main campus at Forsyth Medical Center. The program consists of the following activities:
Orientation and Annual Self Study 2010 Questions or confirmation of attendance may be sent to Brenda Schwab bschwab@novanthealth.org. You may also request a separate tour and a one-on-one orientation for Medical Park Hospital or Hawthorne Surgical Center if you will be practicing at either of these facilities.
